- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation
- To send documentation relating to a product or lot you asked about
- To keep a record of the commercial relationship if an order follows
- To filter automated spam submissions
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated. Where we send anything beyond the answer to your inquiry, we ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it by replying to that email.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an inquiry
- We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site at present
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets session cookies only for logged-in administrators. Our caching layer may store a technical cookie to serve pages efficiently; it contains no personal data.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider and our email provider process the data on our instructions. Once a shipment is arranged, the freight forwarder and carrier receive the delivery details needed for that step. We do not pass your contact details to any other party.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to an order are kept for as long as tax and export rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
