How we work
We are a specification and sourcing business, not a plant owner. Raw material comes from extraction partners in Shaanxi and the neighbouring provinces, qualified and audited before the first order is placed. Finished formats are produced at partner facilities holding the relevant manufacturing licences.
What we add is the part that decides whether a shipment is accepted: the specification, the document set, and the answer when a lot is questioned.

Our focus is Europe, North America and the Middle East — markets where the documentation decides the sale more often than the price does.
What we are not
We are not a marketplace, and we do not forward a certificate we have not read. Every lot we ship is one we specified ourselves and can trace back to a retained sample.
